Psychotherapy for women with ADHD

Living with ADHD as a woman can bring unique challenges, from managing daily responsibilities to coping with emotional overwhelm. Sometimes it can feel like there are simply too many things to juggle and starting therapy can feel like another thing to add to your 'to-do' list.

I would estimate that over 80% of my clients are women with ADHD. As well as being a psychotherapist, I completed an M.Sc. in 'Autism and Neurodivergence' in 2025. I feel that this combination of education and training makes me quite unique among the various people that offer support for people with ADHD.

Our first few sessions will be focussed on deeply understanding your current situation and your areas of need. As we progress I often incorporate 'parts work' (based on Janina Fisher's model) which I have found to be very helpful for women with ADHD. Sessions are 50 minutes long, and are available during weekday, daytime hours and cost $170 each.
