Psychotherapy can help you make sense of your experiences, your thoughts, and your feelings, and can shed light on patterns you might find yourself repeating without always understanding why. It’s about creating a space where you can explore what’s happening for you and start to feel more clarity and calm.

We all carry experiences or feelings that can feel difficult to share, maybe guilt, shame, or self-doubt. It’s normal to wonder if we are “normal,” and therapy can be a safe space to explore these feelings and begin to understand them more clearly.
